General Manager

About the Role

As a General Manager, you'll have ownership of a single Jack's store and everything in it. This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more!

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
• Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals
• Manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team
• Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods
• Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued

Qualifications
