General Manager

About the role

As a General Manager at Jack’s, you will own a single store and oversee all aspects including sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
• Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals
• Manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team
• Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued

Requirements

• Energy: Warm, friendly vibe wherever you go
• Servant Leadership: Don’t ask your team to do anything you wouldn’t
• Flexibility: Multitask without breaking a sweat and can work 50-55 hours a week
• Conflict Resolution: Expertly navigate tough situations
• Business Acumen: P&L management, sales forecasting, staffing, food safety… you get the idea!
• Food Safety: ServSafe certified (or similar)

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proven track record in managing a high-volume, fast-paced environment
