General Manager

About the role

As the General Manager for the Home2 by Hilton Louisville Nulu, you will lead all aspects of hotel operations, driving performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. You’ll oversee departments, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals. Your leadership ensures a well-run property that delivers exceptional guest experiences and a positive work environment. You will report to the Area General Manager.

A career as a general manager can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional director, vice president of operations, or even corporate-level positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Manage staff, budgets, and overall profitability and reputation of the hotel

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years of hotel leadership experience
• Hotel General Manager experience (required)
• Hilton/Hyatt/Marriott Extended Stay experience (required)
• GSS Turnaround experience (highly preferred)
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
