General Manager

About the role

As the next general manager at the TRYP by Wyndham Pittsburgh/Lawrenceville Boutique Hotel, you’ll lead our staff and provide guests with the finest service possible. You’ll present new and creative ideas to boost revenue and build strong guest relationships to ensure repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
• Handle human resources functions, including interviewing, hiring, training, task assignment, coaching, counseling, and performance management

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management role
• Dedication to providing excellent service
• Proven leadership skills
