Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to instill Wendy’s culture and drive operational success.
• Exceed customer expectations with exceptional service and high-quality food.
• Assume total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant.
• Develop and motivate staff to achieve benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).
• Strong background in restaurant operations with a track record of achieving performance benchmarks.
• Passion for developing and leading teams with a commitment to excellence.

Pay

Wendy's® General Managers: $44,472 – $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.
