Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example as the leader by following ALL policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew.
• Lead a team toward the common goal of selling more pizzas while having fun.
• Handle staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and work under stress.
• Meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
• Greet customers enthusiastically, take orders, and address customer concerns with a positive attitude.
• Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment.
• Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in or reach-in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
• Navigate using maps to locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including diverse terrain such as multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Perform accurate and quick arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and make correct monetary change.
• Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle comfortably.

Physical Requirements

• Daily tasks are performed from a standing position, with the majority of the shift spent on your feet.
• Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum in some food process areas.
• Work surfaces range in height from 36" to 4".
• Unload bulk product deliveries (two to three times per week), with product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, requiring lifting and/or stacking.
• Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs while performing job tasks.
• Use hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards.
• Driving performance and safety are monitored using Drivosity through the Domino’s Delivery Experience app.
