Responsibilities
- Aiding in member progress check-ins.
- Scheduling new memberships in the POS system.
- Collecting and processing payments.
- Providing front desk sales and information.
- Assisting with special events.
- Managing all sales.
Requirements
- Average of 50% closing rate on leads within the first week.
- Strong leadership skills, including holding weekly 1-on-1 meetings and staff meetings.
- Ability to manage the facility's P&L and present monthly reports to ownership.
- To work with a fun, hard-working team.
- To lead weekly staff meetings and provide actionable insights to the team.
- To be accountable to an annual budget that includes revenue, overhead, COGS, etc.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Out-sells others in the room and enjoys it.
- Knowledge of gym and retail operations.
- A positive and energetic personality with a "can do" attitude.
- A manager who is always the first to arrive and the last to leave.
