As General Manager, you’ll help inspire that by enabling our teams to create raving fans and push the limits of service and performance excellence.

The Choolaah General Manager (CGM) is passionate about quality food, team building, and development, and has the opportunity to run a world-class business. The CGM has total responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single Choolaah restaurant, ensuring every guest is delighted every time and creating raving fans. Our CGMs build, inspire, and develop their restaurant management teams and oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, and customer delight within the restaurant across all shifts.

They are required to have a fanatical work ethic, continuous improvement mindset, outstanding leadership skills, visionary wisdom, character above reproach, unwavering resolve, resilience, and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 100% neat, clean, organized, and operational facility to company standards (NCOO).
• Mastery of ALL work and management processes (100% standard, 100% of the time, 100% volume).
• Hold the team accountable for delivering 100% of standard, 100% of the time, at 100% volume.
• Teach and coach operational excellence daily.
• Drive 4-wall sales growth by delivering key business drivers: Quality, Accuracy, Hospitality, Speed of Service, Cleanliness, People, and Value.
• Topgrade and develop a high-performance team of up to 30–40 team members.
• Be a servant leader, mentor, and coach.
• Inspire the team to uphold brand standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Delight every guest every time, creating raving fans.
• Be an ambassador for Choolaah’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Interact with guests one-on-one to create joyful experiences.
• Achieve financial and operational targets.
• Drive additional sales growth.
• Treat partners with respect and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide leadership for safety and social responsibility initiatives.

Requirements

• Open availability required, including weekends.
• Minimum of 50 hours per week.
