General Manager

Our General Managers lead from the front, hiring and developing great people, building a winning culture, and running a strong business. Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, hiring, people processes, and performance management
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle’s training tools
• Direct team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations: scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and recruiting
• Maintain a clean dining room and ensure the restaurant is always guest-ready
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
• Drive the financial success of the restaurant, achieving annual sales and cash-flow plans
• Work lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to provide leadership across all hours of operation

Requirements

• Previous restaurant management experience, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
• Passion for hospitality and a guest-obsessed mindset
• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with genuine enthusiasm for people development and leadership
• Creative approach to marketing and driving sales (e.g., fundraisers, community engagement)
• Ability to stand and walk for 10 hours a day, lift 50 lbs./25 kg, and perform other physical tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Comfort working around varied temperatures, tasting and preparing food, and communicating with team members and customers

Pay

Base pay range: $58,000.00–$82,000.00. Eligible for quarterly cash bonuses based on performance and other factors.
