About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of home improvement contractors in managing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all work adheres to Champion Homes' standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of project timelines and budgets

• Managing client expectations and resolving issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in home improvement or construction management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
