General Manager

About the role

As a General Manager, you're the heartbeat of the restaurant—leading your team, driving results, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage financials and drive restaurant performance
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Deliver quality food and outstanding guest service
• Mentor, coach, and train team members
• Resolve conflicts and provide clear direction
• Oversee inventory, labor, and financial controls

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
• Proven success managing financials and operations
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to mentor and develop team members
• Experience with inventory, labor, and financial controls
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completion of a background check
• Valid Driver’s License

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Occasional use of taste, smell, and far vision
• Works around chemicals and on uneven surfaces; may use a step stool/ladder

Work Conditions

• Variable days and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Standard restaurant environment with exposure to extreme heat or cold from equipment or weather
• Minimum of 50 hours weekly

Pay

Starting at $55,000 per year up to $65,000 per year, plus quarterly performance bonuses.
