About the role

As a General Manager at Captain D’s, you'll lead the restaurant, drive results, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant, driving results and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage financials and operational aspects of the restaurant
  • Mentor, coach, and train team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Resolve conflicts and provide direction to team members
  • Manage inventory, labor, and financial controls
  • Drive business insight and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
  • Proven success in managing financials
  • Skilled in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Committed to quality food and outstanding service
  • Able to mentor, coach, and train effectively
  • Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution and direction
  • Experience managing inventory, labor, and financial controls

Physical/Mental Requirements

  • Continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional use of taste, smell, and far vision
  • Works around chemicals and on uneven surfaces
  • May use a step stool/ladder
