General Manager

About the Role

As a General Manager, you're the heartbeat of the restaurant—leading your team, driving results, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage financials, inventory, labor, and financial controls
• Lead and develop a team through mentoring, coaching, and training
• Ensure outstanding guest service and quality food
• Resolve conflicts and provide clear direction
• Maintain operational strength in a dynamic, team-driven culture

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
• Proven success managing financials and operations in high-volume environments
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team development skills
• Passion for guest service, quality, and results
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s License
• Completion of a background check

Qualifications

• Continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Occasional use of taste, smell, and far vision
• Ability to work around chemicals, on uneven surfaces, and use a step stool/ladder
• Willingness to work variable days and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Minimum of 50 hours weekly
• Exposure to extreme heat or cold from equipment or weather

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $43,888 per year up to $60,000 per year, plus quarterly performance bonuses.
