As the General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the store, overseeing staffing, sales, merchandising, operations, and overall financial performance. You will be responsible for achieving planned sales, margin, and profit goals while ensuring customer satisfaction, associate morale, and effective inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Role-model behaviors and uphold the company’s Code of Conduct, cultural values, and standards across the team.
- Hire, train, and develop a diverse, high-performing team of managers and associates.
- Drive store performance to meet financial goals, including revenue, margin, expenses, customer satisfaction, and inventory shrinkage.
- Oversee all sales initiatives, including the selling process, sales targets, financing, protection plans, and other income opportunities.
- Manage the Sales Supervisor to ensure operational excellence in warehouse, delivery, inventory, and daily tasks.
- Enforce Retail Non-Negotiable Standards for staffing, brand presentation, signing, selling processes, and inventory management.
- Enhance the customer experience, including in-store interactions, online review responses, and complaint resolution.
- Partner with TVP to address business opportunities within the store.
- Oversee in-store Human Resources processes, including staffing, training, performance management, and HR partnerships.
- Maintain proper staffing levels and scheduling policies to ensure store coverage.
- Uphold store presentation, brand standards, and a safe working environment for associates and customers.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company ethics policies.
- Manage inventory documentation, including receiving, reverse flow, accuracy scans, and online order fulfillment.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash deposits, pricing, and other operational processes.
- Assume additional Territory leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring or subject-matter expertise, as directed by TVP.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-4 years of related experience or previous sales associate experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and most weekends.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

- Computer literacy, with experience in Excel, Word, or handheld units preferred.

Pay
The range of starting pay for this role is $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
