Key Responsibilities
- Own the full P&L performance for the ARM portfolio, including revenue growth, margin management, and profitability.
- Develop and execute the strategic business plan to achieve short and long term financial objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, product innovations, and partnerships to drive growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategy to ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead and develop the Product Management team, ensuring clear roadmap development aligned with market needs and business goals.
- Define and execute the product strategy, lifecycle management, and innovation roadmap.
- Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product initiatives.
- Partner with R&D, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Provide strategic direction to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams supporting the ARM portfolio.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop pricing strategies, revenue forecasts, and growth plans.
- Partner with Customer Service and Operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary business leader and advocate for the ARM portfolio internally and externally.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments that may impact the business.
- Align internal stakeholders around clear business priorities and execution plans.
- Drive collaboration across functions to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Influence without direct authority to ensure commercial and operational teams are aligned to ARM’s success.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with P&L ownership and business performance management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution.
- Experience leading product strategy and managing product lifecycles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressure, within deadlines or other essential time constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $200,000-$215,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
- Annual-Incentive Plan (AIP): 25%
