We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the store with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy. Our stores operate on a one‑shift model. Leaders start as early as 4 a.m. to do the first bake and open the store. During the day you’ll ensure the store is audit‑ready, execute catering, mobile, and in‑store orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. During breakfast and lunch rushes you’ll float across all positions, manage breaks, and drive strong customer survey results. Doors close at 2 p.m.; closing and next‑day prep take 30–45 minutes. Administrative work (scheduling, ordering, inventory) fits best before the team arrives or after they leave. You’ll take the daily deposit to the bank and be done well before dinner. We prepare you with 5 weeks of training.

Responsibilities

• Open the store by 4 a.m., complete first bake, and ensure audit readiness
• Execute catering, mobile, and in‑store orders accurately and on time
• Deliver exceptional guest experience throughout the day
• Float across all positions during breakfast and lunch rushes
• Manage team breaks and maintain high customer survey scores
• Close the store at 2 p.m. and complete next‑day prep (30–45 minutes)
• Handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory during quiet periods
• Make daily bank deposit
• Recruit quality team members and develop internal talent
• Achieve food cost goals and labor targets
• Analyze P&L and apply strategies to meet financial objectives

Requirements

• 1–3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
• Hands‑on operator who can motivate and inspire the team
• Proven strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets
• Experience recruiting and developing talent
• Prior exposure to P&L analysis (valuable but not required)
• Must be at least 18 years old

Schedule

Operating hours are 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. — no nights, no evenings.
