Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations during your shift, including cost control, inventory, cash management, and customer relations.
• Set the tone and example for the store, maintaining high performance at all times.
• Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including:
  • Greeting customers and taking orders (in-person and over the phone).
  • Operating the cash register and handling payments.
  • Preparing fast, accurate, and consistent products while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
  • Delivering orders safely and courteously by vehicle.
• Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during your shift.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the front to the back of the store.
• Adhere to Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards for professional appearance.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team; ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
• A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong role-model qualities—punctuality, positive attitude, and high personal standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (stores are open 7 days a week).
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give clear written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication skills for processing orders over the phone and in person.
• Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and making correct change.
• Hand-eye coordination for rapid, accurate movements (e.g., using a keyboard or touch screen).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks (e.g., removing trash).
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36°F in coolers to 90°F+ in work areas, with sudden temperature changes.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped spaces (e.g., walk-in cooler).
• Handling hot surfaces/tools (ovens up to 500°F or higher) and sharp edges/moving mechanical parts.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for most tasks, with walking on ceramic tile/linoleum surfaces.
• Sitting for paperwork in an office area.
• Lifting and carrying:
  • Cases of ingredients/supplies up to 50 lbs (stacked onto shelves up to 72" high).
  • Large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz) and pizza sauce (30 lbs).
  • Pizza dough trays (12 lbs each, carried three at a time).
