Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations.
• Set the example by adhering to all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring your team does the same.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards, ensuring great customer service.
• Monitor profitability, attendance, punctuality, and transportation logistics.
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, and process orders (phone and in-person).
• Conduct inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment/facilities daily.
• For delivery roles: Deliver products by car, navigate to customer locations, and distribute flyers/door hangers.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give clear written/verbal instructions.
• Strong communication skills for processing orders over the phone and in person.
• Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and making correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements (e.g., using a keyboard, touch screen, or pizza peel).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (for delivery roles).
• Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries (for delivery roles).
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in designated delivery areas.

Work Conditions

• Hot surfaces/tools (ovens up to 500°F or higher) and sharp edges/moving mechanical parts.
• For delivery roles: Exposure to adverse weather conditions while driving or delivering.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for most tasks, with walking for short distances/durations on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces.
• Sitting for paperwork in an office or at a desk/table.
• Lifting/carrying: Up to 50 lbs (e.g., ingredient cases, 30-lb pizza sauce, 12-lb dough trays).
• Pushing/pulling: Up to 7.5 lbs of force (e.g., trays on dollies).
• Climbing stairs or ladders for tasks like changing signs or maintenance.
• Stooping/bending: Forward bending at the waist (e.g., pizza assembly, stocking).
• Crouching/squatting: Occasionally for stocking or cleaning low areas.
• Reaching: Continuously in all directions (e.g., shelves, oven controls, ingredients).
