Job Summary
As the General Manager of our Salmon, ID location, you will be responsible for leading a fast-paced, high-volume store in one of the most scenic mountain towns in the country. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, manage inventory and costs, and deliver exceptional service every single shift. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys mentoring others, and isn’t afraid to hustle alongside your crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Drivers, and CSRs
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and cash handling with accuracy
- Monitor and improve store performance and profitability
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with Domino’s brand standards
- Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
- Promote a positive and energetic store culture
Qualifications
- Requirements:
- QSR/general management experience
- Proven track record managing labor, food cost, and service metrics
- Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to lead by example and work hands-on in the store
