About the Role
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and ensure your crew does the same.

Responsibilities
- Operate all store equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Deliver product by car to customers’ doors (if applicable)
- Deliver flyers and door hangers (if applicable)
Requirements
- Domino’s management experience required
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills for processing orders over the phone and in person
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to make correct monetary change
- Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements (e.g., entering orders via keyboard/touchscreen)
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (if delivering)
- Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries (if applicable)
- Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area

Physical Requirements
- Standing for most tasks, with walking for short distances
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds (e.g., cases of ingredients, trays of dough, pizza sauce)
- Pushing/pulling trays on dollies (up to 7.5 pounds of force)
- Climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance, price changes, or cleaning
- Stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting (e.g., stocking shelves, cleaning low areas)
- Reaching continuously in all directions (up, down, forward)
Work Conditions
- Exposure to varying temperatures (36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in work areas)
- Sudden temperature changes when moving between indoor and outdoor tasks
- Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters (e.g., walk-in cooler)
- Hot surfaces/tools (oven temperatures up to 500°F or higher)
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
- Adverse weather conditions during deliveries or outside tasks (if applicable)
Sensory and Cognitive Demands
- Talking and hearing on the telephone
- Near and mid-range vision for most tasks
- Depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Far and night vision for driving (if applicable)
