About the role

This full-time hands-on GM position that can also lead to a franchise owner. Last year our GMs earned $103,000 on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team during your shift
• Responsible for all store operations
• Help walk-in customers
• Operate the cash register
• Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to all portion sizes and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
• Responsible for cost control, cash control and customer relations
• Set the tone and example for the store

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people
• Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work
• Reliable insured vehicle and a valid Florida driver's license
• A great role model - you're the person everyone will look to
• At least 18 years old
• Fast food/restaurant management experience strongly preferred

Schedule

Available during all operating hours: Sunday-Thursday - 9:00 AM - 1:00 AM; Friday and Saturday - 9:00 AM - 2:00 AM. While we are usually able to meet all reasonable requests for time off.
