About the role
This full-time hands-on GM position can also lead to a franchise owner opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team during your shift, managing a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people
- Responsible for all store operations, including cost control, cash control, and customer relations
- Help walk-in customers and operate the cash register
- Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to all portion sizes and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
- Set the tone and example for the store
Qualifications
- Experience leading a team
- Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get staff in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing while creating a great place to work
- At least 18 years old
- Valid Florida driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle (delivery will be part of training)
- Must be a great role model whom others will look to
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Average earnings of $103,000 per year
