About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site General Manager position for a Domino’s store located at 1758 Pitkin Ave, New York, NY. The role oversees store operations, manages the team, controls inventory, ensures customer satisfaction, directs food preparation and delivery, maintains safety and compliance, conducts staff training, and handles administrative, retail, logistics, and facility‑maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform most tasks while standing; walking surfaces include ceramic tile “bricks” with linoleum in some food‑process areas.
• Walk short distances for short durations; travel between store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
• Complete paperwork while seated at a desk or table.
• Lift bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lb, dimensions up to 3′ × 1.5′) using a hand truck and stack onto shelves up to 72″ high.
• Carry large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz) from workstation to storage shelves; occasionally carry 30 lb pizza sauce or trays of pizza dough (≈12 lb each) over short distances.
• During deliveries, carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Push or pull trays on dollies (≈24″‑30″ stack, requiring up to 7.5 lb of force).
• Infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladders to change signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance; may need to climb five or more flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Stoop/bend forward at the waist for pizza assembly, front‑counter work, and stocking ingredients (≈30‑45 seconds per bout, repeated throughout the day).
• Crouch/squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reach continuously in all directions; occasionally reach above 72″ to operate oven controls, change signs, or place/remove items on shelves; reach down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes; reach forward for toppings, cleaning, or phone use.
• Drive to deliver pizzas within a designated area; make several deliveries per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
• Manage team performance, inventory levels, customer service, food preparation, delivery operations, safety compliance, staff training, administrative duties, retail functions, logistics, and facility maintenance.

Pay
