About the role

This full-time hands-on GM position can also lead to a franchise owner. General Managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, cash control and customer relations. You set the tone and the example for the store, and you have to be on your game 100% of the time!

Responsibilities

• Lead a team during your shift (managing a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people)
• Responsible for all store operations
• Help walk-in customers
• Operate the cash register
• Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to all portion sizes and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team
• Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get staff in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing, while creating a great place to work
• Reliable insured vehicle and valid Florida driver's license (delivery will be part of your training)
• A great role model — the person everyone will look to
• At least 18 years old
• Fast food/restaurant management experience strongly preferred

Pay

Last year our GMs earned $103,000 on average.

While we are usually able to meet all reasonable requests for time off, candidates should be available during all operating hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM; Friday and Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM.
