• Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring your crew does the same.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.
• Maintain cost controls, cash control, and food management.
• Uphold perfect image and adherence to standards, including store cleanliness and marketing.
• Ensure great customer service, attendance, punctuality, and profitability.
• Arrange transportation to and from work.
