Team Honey Badger is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast‑paced Domino’s store, create a positive environment for employees and customers, and drive store performance. Domino’s is the #1 pizza company worldwide, and Team Honey Badger is one of the largest and fastest‑growing franchise groups in the country, operating 149 stores across 10 states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Create a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and food costs.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service.
• Coach team members and develop future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s and Team Honey Badger standards.
• Drive store performance and achieve operational goals.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.
