Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, innovation and creativity, problem solving, and time management.
• Helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation to work smarter.
• Supporting clients' career growth through resume review, LinkedIn review, and networking strategy.

Requirements

• Hands-on management or leadership experience.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients navigate complex organizational challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI and its applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
