General Maintenance Worker / IUOE - W I West Penn Hospital

Essential Responsibilities

• Performs assigned preventive maintenance.
• 20% Calibrates, repairs, maintains and operates RHVAC, pneumatic tube system, medical air & vacuum systems and all other associated equipment and systems.
• 20% Responds to all emergency, and normal calls as required.
• 20% Analyzes and troubleshoots using proper data gathered from field experience, engineering manuals, and blueprints and schematics.
• 20% Repairs mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years basic mechanical and electrical experience.
• Minimum 6 months in-house training period.
