General Maintenance Technician

About the role
Performs general grounds keeping work necessary to maintain facility grounds, which may include garages, walkways, lots, and roads. Assists in the maintenance of exterior lighting and provides routine support duties to higher-level staff. Cleans and maintains all aspects of the exterior areas. Power washes exterior areas as assigned, including patios and sidewalks. Performs snow and ice removal and treatment when needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in grounds keeping, exterior cleaning, and/or maintenance
- Basic knowledge of grounds keeping and maintenance operations
- Great customer service skills
- Able to perform duties in all weather conditions

Pay
Starting at $24.00 per hour (pay rate based on experience).
