Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment runs effectively.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic machinery, combustion systems, electrical and electronic equipment.
- Install, assemble, rebuild and repair all types of equipment and support facilities infrastructure.
- Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment.
- Participate in projects and planning events. Interface with suppliers and lead contracting activities.
- Use Computer Maintenance Management System.
- Identify, specify and use spare and replacement parts.
- Participate, lead and support training, EHS, Human Performance, and company objectives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must possess reading, writing, and basic math skills.
- Understand precision measuring instruments, electrical or electronic testing devices, drawings and schematics, equipment user manuals, activity and task instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
