Responsibilities

• Provides Maintenance and Engineering service and responds to service calls throughout the Hospital complex.
• Performs accurate and effective repairs on equipment and building systems that are considered to be within his/her capability.
• Calls in more qualified personnel when repairs are beyond his/her capability.
• Performs troubleshooting and repairs on equipment and systems as assigned.
• Responds to and assists as necessary, in emergency and disaster situations.
• Checks buildings to ensure that essential systems are operating properly.
• Performs preventative maintenance on schedule and in accordance with department standards.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 2-5 years
• Supervisor Experience: Not specified

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Trade School
