About the opportunity

WinnCompanies is looking for a General Maintenance Associate to join our military housing team at Campbell Crossing, a 4,454-unit military housing community located in Fort Campbell, KY. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds and parking lots. The ideal candidate will also perform general maintenance and repair of building structures and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary systems and equipment.
