General Litigation Defense Attorney (Full-time Permanent)

Responsibilities

• Manage a general litigation caseload
• Work closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
• Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and examinations under oath
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of general litigation defense experience
• Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions and motion practice
• Superior written and oral advocacy skills required
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and/or New York
• J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
• Outstanding references

Position Details

• Location: Remote
• Compensation: The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
