General Liability — Low Billables — Philadelphia / Hybrid Remote

Job Details

• Manage a high-volume, complex caseload in general liability defense
• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through trial: pleadings, written discovery, dispositive motions, witness prep, and trial
• Appear as lead or supporting counsel in court conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
• Serve as primary point of contact for insurers and corporate clients
• Manage assigned matters independently while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Contribute to client development and practice growth

Qualifications

• PA and NJ Bar Admission (New Jersey pending is ok)
• General liability defense background
• 4+ years of experience
• Any combination of the following is fine, you don't need all of them: Premises Liability, Motor Vehicle / Auto Liability, Commercial Transportation / Trucking, Products Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Construction Defect, Insurance Defense
