What You'll Do
- Handle moderate to complex General Liability bodily injury claims
- Investigate losses and determine liability and coverage
- Set and maintain claim reserves
- Negotiate settlements
- Manage litigated files through resolution
- Communicate with claimants, attorneys, carriers, and clients
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and correspondence
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of General Liability claims handling experience
- Required: Bodily Injury/Personal Injury claims experience
- Experience managing litigated claims
- Strong negotiation and investigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
