Responsibilities
- Investigate insurance claims
- Review discovery
- Take depositions
- Represent clients in mediations and trials
- Draft a variety of legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and coverage opinion letters
- Provide coverage advice and build lasting relationships with clients across the nation
Requirements
- 3+ years of general liability experience
- Washington State Bar membership
- JD degree
