General Laborer / Water Restoration Technician
Responsibilities
- Aid in maximizing the job
- Support the Project Manager (PM) in all aspects of the job
- Drive all Technician Playbooks and Outcomes
- Maximize equipment usage
- Livethe "Clean Guys" Protocol
Qualifications
- Positive and fun attitude
- Able to perform physical labor and able to lift 75 lbs
- Previous 1-2 years of restoration experience is a plus
- Must be able to read and write fluently in English
- Clean driving record required
- Full-Time
- Must be 21 years of age

Pay
Compensation for Full-time Employees: DOE Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications. Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, PTO and Paid Holidays.
Schedule
Prescott Initial 24/7 On-Call Requirement: This role requires 24/7 on-call availability at the start of employment. This is a temporary expectation and will remain in place only until an additional technician is hired to share on-call responsibilities.
Prescott Travel Requirements: Regular travel to and from job sites in the Prescott area and surrounding regions is required. In addition, occasional travel to our headquarters in Mesa, AZ will be expected, typically on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Orientation will be held at our headquarters. **must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen**
