General Laborer/Ranch Hand

About the role

Selrico Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer/Ranch Hand to join our team in Bulverde, TX. This role involves performing a variety of physical labor tasks to support the daily operations of our ranch and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Affix and repair fences
• Care for livestock
• Perform groundskeeping tasks
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Perform general labor tasks such as loading/unloading materials, cleaning, and organizing work areas
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Support additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth ranch operations

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn ranch operations and equipment use
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Must be able to operate heavy machinery such as a tractor and skid steer
• Must have reliable transportation
