General Laborer Part Time or Full Time

About the role

Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. We offer competitive hourly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Aid technicians in water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, contents cleaning, and post-construction cleaning
• Set up and break down equipment like air movers, dehumidifiers, vacuums, hoses, etc.
• Perform light demolition and debris removal as needed
• Load, unload, and organize tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Provide professional, respectful service to customers
• Engage in physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, working in various conditions)
• Work in residential and commercial environments
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Background in construction, cleaning, or restoration is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in various conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, working in various conditions)
