Responsibilities

• Install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pump, and crawl space systems.
• Work alongside an experienced crew at customer homes.
• Safely operate tools and equipment.
• Deliver quality work and an outstanding customer experience.
• Take on new challenges at different job sites each day.

Pay

Earn up to $23/hour with weekly performance bonuses.

Schedule

Monday–Friday schedule; weekends are yours.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical construction work.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lb. occasionally, 50 lb. frequently, and 35 lb. continuously.
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn.
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre‑employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law).
