We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with surface preparation, polishing concrete, installing epoxy/resinous coatings, and ensuring projects meet our high quality standards.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with surface preparation, grinding, and polishing, mix and apply resinous flooring systems, operate equipment safely and efficiently, maintain clean and organized job sites, and work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in flooring, construction, or a related trade preferred but not mandatory (will train the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations and are able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Compensation
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
