General Laborer (Field Service Tech)

About the role
Moxie Pest Control is the fastest-growing pest-control company in the industry. We operate like a startup, offering a great opportunity for someone who wants to train up and grow with us. Our Field Experts are the best in the business; even if you have no experience, we will provide the training to develop you into a top Service Technician.
Field Service Technicians and TAP Installers start the day in our warehouse, receive daily office trainings, and then travel to customers’ homes to service residential accounts. You will treat homes and attics for interior and exterior pests while delivering excellent customer service every day.
Schedule
- 3 days on / 4 days off in summer (April–September): 13-hour shifts
- 4 days on / 3 days off in winter (September–April): 10-hour shifts
- Full-time position with a company vehicle (all gas and maintenance covered)
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior pest treatments at residential properties
- Deliver outstanding customer service and interaction daily
- Participate in daily trainings and team problem-solving
- Demonstrate extreme ownership in all tasks, from warehouse upkeep to business growth
- Provide and receive honest feedback, hold yourself and others accountable
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (18+)
- Consent to background check
- Consent to motor-vehicle-record check

Training
Paid, on-the-job training lasts approximately two weeks or until you are fully proficient.
