General Laborer - Electronic Production

About the role

As a General Laborer – Electronic Production, you will join the Operations team, contributing to the assembly, testing, and preparation of electronic key control systems. Reporting to the Supervisor – Electronic Assembly/Shipping & Receiving, you will help ensure smooth production processes and support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and testing of electronic key control cabinets.
• Process incoming orders for completion.
• Set Estimated Ship Dates (ESDs) based on inventory and staff availability.
• Set up all PCs for sold systems.
• Check accessories and systems for accuracy before advancing to packing process.
• Assist with warehouse organization and maintenance.
• Offer ideas and feedback to the engineering team for product improvement.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates Degree or CEET (Computer Electronics Engineering Technology) preferred.
• Basic electronics and computer knowledge.

Qualifications

• Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend, and reach.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work sitting or standing for 8 hours per day.
• Good manual dexterity.
