General Laborer (day & afternoon shifts available)

• $15.00 - $20.00 per hour starting pay based on experience

SCHEDULE

• This is a full-time position
• Schedules may flex based on company production demands
• Day shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Monday – Friday)
• Aftershift: 3:30pm – 2am (Monday – Thursday)

What We Are Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required
• We will train someone motivated to learn who has an excellent work ethic
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to clean and sort parts, organize, and clean the production floor
• Ability to assemble packaging for outbound shipments (crates, pallets, boxes)
• Follow safe work practices at all times by using proper lifting techniques, wearing appropriate protective footwear, and helping maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Willingness to assist other production areas when needed
• You are energetic, reliable, and work well individually and as a team member
• You work well under time constraints and can ensure deadlines are met
