General Laborer

Pay

Total compensation: $16.00–$17.00 per hour, which includes hourly rate, tips, and performance-based monthly incentives.

Schedule

Monday–Friday plus weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, positive, and stress-free junk removal to customers
• Safely remove items from clients’ homes, offices, and buildings
• Demonstrate punctuality, friendliness, and safety at all times
• Lead by example and uphold brand standards

Requirements

• Willingness to submit a background check
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from the office

Qualifications

Previous experience in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
