General Laborer

Immediate starts available for production, assembly, and packing roles. Help ensure accurate and timely production and shipment of products—ideal for those starting or switching careers in manufacturing, shipping, and logistics. No previous experience required; all training is provided on-the-job.

Responsibilities

• Follow product setup and packaging instructions
• Pack and package products according to provided guidelines
• Lift and move products in a warehouse environment
• Stand for long periods during 12-hour shifts

Pay

Weekly pay with immediate benefits. Pay rates include an earned attendance bonus and vary by shift. Payment options include pay card and direct deposit.

Schedule

12-hour shifts. Must be able to commute to Townsend, MA.
