Responsibilities

• Learn and apply knowledge of the steel, construction reinforcement and ground stabilization industries.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and project planning.
• Operate cranes and other heavy machinery as needed.
• Run manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support team members in achieving project goals.

Requirements

• Education: Relevant degree in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience: No prior experience required. Training provided.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passion for sustainability and infrastructure development.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Technical skills: Proficiency in using manufacturing equipment and cranes.
