Responsibilities
- Learn and apply knowledge of the steel, construction reinforcement and ground stabilization industries.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and project planning.
- Operate cranes and other heavy machinery as needed.
- Run manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support team members in achieving project goals.
Requirements
- Education: Relevant degree in engineering, construction, or related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required; training provided.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
