General Laborer - 2nd Shift

Schedule

All positions are for second shift. Training may take place on first shift, but once trained, you will move to second shift. Shift start times vary based on customer demand:

• 8-hour shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 9-hour shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 10-hour shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Pay

Starting wage: $21.25/hour with a $0.55 shift differential. Base pay ranges up to $24.73/hour depending on the role. Annual bonuses are available based on meeting or exceeding production goals.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to increase productivity, decrease downtime, and reduce waste in a manufacturing operation.
• Assume an active role in plant and facilities-related tasks.
• Assist with all jobs on the plant floor.
• Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and equipment per 5S Standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including stacking parts up to 30 lbs. for periods of up to 12 hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Passion for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to work first and second shifts during training.
• Good attendance record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
• Understanding that temperatures and workload volumes may vary.
