About the role

Seeking applicants for full time general labor positions. Experience is helpful, but not a requirement.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation to the jobsite (we have job sites throughout Hillsborough County, as well as the surrounding counties including, but not limited to Pasco, Polk, Manatee)
• Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time (Typical work day may be anywhere from 8 to 12 hours daily)
• Must be able to work overtime
• Must be able to work weekends (as needed)
• Must be able to perform manual labor assignments including, but not limited to using a shovel and rake, as well as being able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to follow directions
• Must be a team player and be able to work well with others
